| What type of paper are my prints printed on? |
| We only use professional Fuji paper. Our standard finish has a slightly pebbled texture. We also have an exciting new Pearl finish paper. This finish has a high gloss sheen, with a pearlescent effect. |

| Does your software work with both Mac's and PC's? |
It sure does! Here are the system requirements for our ordering software:
Windows: 500mhz Processor or Higher, 512mb RAM, Windows XP or later
Mac: 500mhz G3 Processor or Higher, 512mb RAM, OS 10.3 or later |
| When will my order be ready? |
| All orders placed by 5:00pm will be delivered to the El Corral Bookstore the next business day after 3:00pm. All orders placed on the weekend will processed and delivered on the following Tuesday. |
| What is the largest that I can print my photos? |
| We can print up to 20x30! |
| Are my prints inkjet prints? |
| Unlike prints from an inkjet printer, which are printed on the surface of a paper, we print using a chemical process. By using professional Fuji Crystal Archive photo paper we ensure that your prints will last you a lifetime. Fuji Crystal Archive paper has been estimated to last many decades before any noticeable fading occurs. |
